Summer Ends is the debut LP from VEE & the invisible. Spanning 14 tracks, the album explores closure in its many forms: the relationships we outgrow, the people we can't quite let go of, the stories we tell ourselves, and the versions of ourselves we eventually leave behind.

The record opens at the end. The title track begins with the sense that the journey is already over, and from there Summer Ends moves through heartbreak, uncertainty, nostalgia, new love, acceptance, and renewal. Along the way, indie rock, electronic textures, melodic pop, and singer-songwriter intimacy blur together into a sound that is both reflective and restless.

Written primarily between 2016 and 2017 and completed this year, the album became an unexpected time capsule. Songs that once captured a moment in time took on new meaning with distance, turning Summer Ends into a record not just about endings, but about revisiting the past with a different perspective.

The album's closer "In Due Time" is built around a home video recording featuring VEE's father, late grandfather, and his own younger voice, bringing the album's themes of memory, nostalgia, and acceptance full circle.

Summer Ends is a personal archive, a fresh start, and a reminder that closure can arrive long after the story seems finished.
